Moore Capital Management is principally owned indirectly by Louis Moore Bacon. Mr. Bacon also serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Moore Capital Management. Moore Capital Management, together with its affiliates maintains offices in New York, London, Hong Kong and Florida.
