What we do
How does Moore protect my personal information? To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we employ security measures compliant with federal law. These include computer safeguards and secured files and facilities.
How does Moore collect my personal information? We collect your personal information when, for example, you:
  • Provide account or contact information
  • Make a wire transfer or specify money transfer details
  • Show your government-issued ID
We also may receive your personal information from affiliates or other companies.
Why can't I limit all sharing? Federal law gives you the right to limit only certain types of sharing. For example:
  • Sharing for affiliates' everyday business purposes (such as information about your creditworthiness)
  • Sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you
In addition, state laws and individual company policies may grant you further rights.
What happens when I limit sharing for a jointly held account? Your choices will apply to everyone on that account.
Definitions
Affiliates Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial or nonfinancial. Moore does not share with our affiliates.
Nonaffiliates Companies not related by common ownership or control that may include service providers (e.g., marketing agencies, IT service providers, auditors, and third-party research consultants).
Joint marketing A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market their products or services to you.
